The Scanner component can be
used as a standalone tool, or it
can be used in conjunction with
the Black Box Execution
Platform(BBEP) component. When enabled, the
BBEP takes alerts(one symbol or a
batch of stocks) from any
user-configured module of the
Scanner and handles the trade from
entry - through exit. The
following can be configured in the
BBEP:
Entry Parameters
- Position Quantity
- Cancel Timeout - if entry
order not filled - cancel
after this many seconds
- Tolerance - set the offset
from the ask (for long orders)
when executing limit orders
- Order Route - ISLD, SNET,
INCA, ARCA, NYSE, etc
- Limit/Market
Exit Parameters
- Auto Exit all positions at a
certain Time
- Limit/Market or LimitPersist - a specialized order
functionality for exits
- Order Route - ISLD, SNET,
INCA, ARCA, NYSE, etc
- Stop - 3 options -
fixed/sliding/fixed percentage
- Target - Set your profit
target - either fixed or
percentage
- Cancel Timeout
