Before you submit a problem report, please look at the FAQ page.

Questions concerning technical support may be emailed to support@stormchasertech.com.  Please include the following information in your problem report:

  • Operating System Version
  • Broker/Datafeed you use, ie Realtick or IQFeed
  • System Configuration - Processor speed, RAM ISP type/speed, other software running
  • If an error message is available, please provide the text or a screen shot of the message
  • How to reproduce the problem you are seeing, if possible

  • High Speed Internet Connection(Cable Modem, DSL or faster)
  • Windows 2000/XP
  • RealTick or IQFeed quotefeed
    For executions, Realtick, Interactive Brokers or Echotrade online
